About Halo Hollow

Halo Hollow was created from a love of food, culture, and connection. What started as a way to share the Filipino flavors I grew up with — and the global recipes I've come to love — has become a cozy space for our community to gather, slow down, and share something good.

More than a café, we hope Halo Hollow feels like a third space — that spot between home and work where everyone's welcome and a warm meal or drink can make the day a little brighter.

Our Values

Everything we make — from our house-made syrups to our chili crisp and other kitchen staples — is made from scratch.

Every cup, straw, and container we use is chosen with the planet in mind, not just convenience.

More than anything, we want this to feel like your neighborhood spot.

Book a Group Gathering

Planning a birthday, book club, or team hang? Reserve a table in our regular seating — we stay open to the public the whole time, just with your group's spot held.

• Request your date at least 24 hours ahead — day, time, and headcount. Stop by and talk with Adam or Cindy, call 802.490.3136, or email us.
• A $50 deposit holds your tables and comes off your final bill.
• Tables are reserved for 90 minutes — let us know ahead if you'll need more time.
• Groups of 8 or more have a 20% gratuity added automatically (no split checks).
• Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings carry a $75/table fee; no extra fee for weekday or daytime bookings.
• No outside food or drink, please.

Community Events

We also host open events — like art nights — where everyone's welcome to drop in, no reservation needed. Keep an eye on our socials for what's coming up.
